- 🐟 50g minced tuna
- 1 pack natto
- 50g grated yam
- 30g mekabu seaweed
- 30g chopped kimchi
- 🧅 A pinch of chopped green onion
- 🥚 1 egg yolk
Sauce
- 1/2 tbsp concentrated men tsuyu
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
