- 1 tbsp sake
- 💧 50 ml water
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp ground white sesame
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
الخطوات
Sprinkle salmon fillets with sake, salt, and pepper, then let sit for 5 minutes.
Chop nira finely and slice king oyster mushrooms thinly at an angle.
Mix nira with soy sauce, mayonnaise, ground sesame, and sugar in a bowl.
Place salmon fillets and mushrooms in a pan with water, cover, and steam over medium heat for 5 minutes.
Serve the steamed salmon and mushrooms on a plate, then drizzle the sesame sauce over them.
