- 🥔 300g potatoes (cut into sticks)
Seasoning
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
Flour
- 1/2 tbsp all-purpose flour
Oil
- 1 tbsp olive oil
الخطوات
Cut potatoes into 1cm-wide sticks and soak in water to remove starch, then drain.
Place the potatoes in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Pat dry if needed.
Put the potatoes and flour into a plastic bag and shake to coat evenly.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over low heat, add the coated potatoes, and cook while turning until lightly browned.
Increase to medium heat and cook until the surface is crispy. Sprinkle salt and mix well before turning off the heat.
