- 200g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 7–8 shiso leaves

- 4 pickled plums, pitted and mashed
- A pinch of white sesame seeds

- 60g pizza cheese
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 2 tsp sugar
الخطوات
Pit the pickled plums and mash them with a knife.
Place a shiso leaf, pizza cheese, and mashed plum evenly on each slice of pork belly, then roll tightly.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat and place the rolls seam-side down. Cook until the pork changes color, turning occasionally.
Add sake, cover the pan, and steam on low heat for 2–3 minutes until the pork is fully cooked.
Add soy sauce, mirin, and sugar to the pan and coat the rolls evenly. Serve on a plate and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
