Rice
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (300g)
Meat
- 🥩 150g sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 🍄 1/2 pack shimeji mushrooms
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, to taste
Seasoning
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 🧂 2 tbsp concentrated soy sauce (3x)
- 🧂 Salt, to taste
- White sesame seeds, to taste
الخطوات
Cut the root off the shimeji mushrooms and separate them. Slice the pork belly into bite-sized pieces.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add the pork belly, and stir-fry until the meat changes color.
Add the shimeji mushrooms and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes. Add soy sauce and salt, then cook for another minute.
In a bowl, mix the cooked rice with the stir-fried ingredients. Garnish with chopped green onion and sesame seeds.
