المكونات
Noodles
- 40g glass noodles
Meat
- 200g sliced pork
Vegetables
- 100g kimchi
- 100g bean sprouts
- 30g chives
Oil & Seeds
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
Seasoning
- 150cc water
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
الخطوات
Soak the glass noodles in warm water until softened, then drain.
Heat sesame oil in a pan and stir-fry the sliced pork until browned.
Add kimchi, bean sprouts, and chives to the pan and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes.
Mix the water, sake, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger in a bowl to create the sauce.
Add the sauce and softened noodles to the pan, stir well, and cook for 3–5 minutes.
Sprinkle white sesame seeds on top before serving.
