Essential Ingredients
- 🥓 2 strips pork belly
- 2 red chilies, sliced
- 2 green chilies, sliced
- 🧅 1/4 onion, chopped
- 🧄 2 stalks green onion, sliced
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tbsp minced ginger
- 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice
- A small amount of cooking oil
Seasoning Ingredients
- 🧂 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍶 2 tbsp vinegar
- 💧 2 tbsp water
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 A pinch of black pepper
الخطوات
Chop the onion finely, and slice the red chilies, green chilies, and green onion into small pieces.
Cut the pork belly into small pieces and pan-fry until golden and crispy. Alternatively, air fry at 180°C for 10 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan, sauté minced garlic and ginger, then add the seasoning ingredients, chopped onion, and sliced chilies. Stir-fry until fragrant.
Once the sauce starts to simmer, add the cooked pork belly and stir-fry until well coated.
Serve the stir-fried pork over a bowl of rice and garnish with sliced green onion.
