- 🐟 2 fillets of fresh salmon
Vegetables
- 🍄 50g shimeji mushrooms
Seasoning
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- 🧈 20g salted butter
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp miso
الخطوات
Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces, sprinkle with salt, and pat dry with kitchen paper. Trim the base of the shimeji mushrooms and separate them by hand.
Heat butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the salmon skin-side down and cook until both sides are golden brown. Add the shimeji mushrooms and stir-fry until the salmon is cooked through and the mushrooms are tender.
Add the sauce ingredients (sake, mirin, soy sauce, miso) and stir to combine evenly.
