- 🍠 1 large sweet potato (300g)
Protein
- 🍗 200g chicken thigh
- 🍢 1 pack fried tofu
Condiments
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tbsp grated ginger
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp sake
- 🧂 3 tbsp soy sauce
الخطوات
Peel and cut the sweet potato into bite-sized pieces. Parboil for 5 minutes to soften slightly.
Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces and the fried tofu into cubes.
Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat. Add grated ginger and sauté until fragrant.
Add chicken pieces to the pan and cook until lightly browned.
Add sweet potato and fried tofu to the pan. Mix gently to combine.
Pour in sugar, sake, and soy sauce. Stir well and simmer for 10 minutes until the flavors meld together.
