- 🧅 1 stalk green onion, thinly sliced
- 🥚 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 pack soft tofu
- 1 tsp cooking oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🧄 1/3 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/3 tbsp salt or shrimp paste
الخطوات
Thinly slice the green onion to ensure it cooks evenly and avoids a raw taste.
Beat 2 eggs in a bowl until well mixed.
Cut the soft tofu into smaller pieces for easier cooking.
Heat a pan with 1 tsp of cooking oil, add the tofu, and pour the beaten eggs over it.
Mash the tofu gently while cooking to release stress and blend the flavors.
Add the sliced green onion to the pan and cook until softened.
Add 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, and 1/3 tbsp minced garlic to the pan.
