Essential Ingredients
- 🥓 500g thinly sliced pork belly
- 🧅 1 stalk green onion, chopped
- 🌱 2 handfuls soybean sprouts
Seasoning Ingredients
- 5 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 4 tbsp chili powder
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 3 tbsp sugar
- 🧄 2 tbsp minced garlic
الخطوات
Chop the green onion into large pieces.
Mix all the seasoning ingredients: 5 tbsp gochujang, 4 tbsp chili powder, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 3 tbsp sugar, and 2 tbsp minced garlic.
In a pan, add the pork belly and soybean sprouts, and stir-fry over medium heat.
Add the prepared seasoning sauce to the pan and mix well over low heat.
Once the soybean sprouts release water, increase the heat to medium and stir-fry until well combined.
Add the chopped green onion and stir-fry briefly before serving.
