Main Ingredients
- 🧅 1 onion
- 2 slices spam
- 🥚 1 egg
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- Chopped green onion, as needed
- Sesame seeds, as needed
Seasoning Ingredients
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 6 tbsp water
الخطوات
Blanch 2 slices of spam in boiling water to reduce saltiness and grease.
Cut the spam into bite-sized pieces and pan-fry until golden.
Slice 1 onion thinly and sauté with 1 tbsp minced garlic until slightly softened.
Add 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp sugar, 2 tbsp mirin, and 6 tbsp water to the pan. Simmer on low heat.
Once the onion becomes tender, add the fried spam and simmer briefly.
Beat 1 egg and pour it over the mixture. Add chopped green onion and cook until the egg is slightly runny.
Serve the spam onion mixture over rice and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
