- 15 garlic sprouts, chopped
- 🧅 80g green onion, chopped
Seasoning
- 🧄 1/2 tsp garlic paste
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1/2 tsp chili paste
الخطوات
Chop the garlic sprouts and green onion into small pieces.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add minced pork and garlic paste, stir-frying until the pork changes color.
Add garlic sprouts and green onion to the pan. Stir-fry for 2–3 minutes until softened.
Add sake, sugar, oyster sauce, and chili paste. Stir-fry until the liquid reduces and the flavors are well combined.
