- 🍤 6 whole shrimp with shells
Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- Enough cornstarch to coat
Vegetables
- 1/2 bunch chives
- 🧅 10 cm green onion, minced
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, sliced
- Enough sliced chili to taste
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
الخطوات
Clean the shrimp by removing the vein, rinse well, and pat dry. Coat with sake and cornstarch.
Cut the chives into bite-sized pieces, slice the garlic thinly, and mince the green onion.
Heat salad oil in a pan over low heat and add garlic, green onion, and chili.
Add the shrimp to the pan and cook until both sides are golden brown.
Add the chives and sauce mixture, stir-fry until the chives are tender, and serve.
