Fish
- 🐟 280g mackerel fillet
Flour
- 🌾 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 🍶 2 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1 tbsp concentrated soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp doubanjiang
- 坚果 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
الخطوات
Cut the mackerel into bite-sized pieces.
Place the mackerel in a plastic bag, add the flour, seal the bag, and shake to coat evenly.
In a bowl, mix sake, soy sauce, doubanjiang, and sesame seeds.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the mackerel skin-side down and cook until both sides are golden brown.
Once the mackerel is cooked through, add the seasoning mixture and simmer until the sauce thickens and coats the fish.
