Meat
- 🐖 200g thinly sliced pork
Vegetables
- 3 green peppers (90g)
- 1/2 red paprika (75g)
Noodles
- 200g shirataki noodles
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
- 1 tsp doubanjiang
- 💧 50cc water
Sauce
- 1 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
الخطوات
Heat 1/2 tbsp salad oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add thinly sliced pork and stir-fry until lightly browned.
Add shirataki noodles and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes.
Add green peppers and red paprika, stir-frying briefly.
Mix in doubanjiang, water, and the sauce ingredients (oyster sauce, grated ginger, grated garlic).
Simmer for 5 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
