Meat
- 150g thinly sliced pork
Vegetables
- 1/8 head cabbage (150g)
- 1 king oyster mushroom (40g)
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- Adequate amount of starch
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
- Pinch of sansho pepper
Sauce
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
الخطوات
Season the pork with sake, salt, and pepper, then coat with starch.
Cut the cabbage into 2cm squares and slice the king oyster mushroom diagonally after halving it.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the pork over medium heat until its color changes.
Add cabbage and king oyster mushroom to the pan and stir-fry until softened. Add the sauce ingredients and mix quickly.
Transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle with sansho pepper.
