المكونات
Meat
- 200g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 🍆 2 medium eggplants (160g)
- 1 pack shimeji mushrooms (100g)
Oil
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1.5 tbsp miso
الخطوات
Cut the root off the shimeji mushrooms and separate them into bite-sized pieces. Trim the eggplants and cut them into bite-sized pieces.
Cut the pork belly into 3cm wide strips.
Mix the seasoning ingredients (sake, mirin, sugar, miso) in a bowl.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat and add the pork. Stir-fry until the pork changes color.
Add the eggplants and shimeji mushrooms to the pan. Stir-fry until coated with oil, then cover with a lid and steam for about 3 minutes.
Add the mixed seasoning to the pan and stir-fry until everything is well coated.
