- 🍠 350g sweet potato, peeled and chopped
- 1/2 cup glutinous rice flour
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/3 tbsp sesame oil
- 🍯 3 tbsp honey
- 🌰 1/3 cup sliced almonds
الخطوات
Peel and chop the sweet potatoes into bite-sized pieces.
Place the sweet potatoes in a bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave for 8–9 minutes until soft.
Mash the cooked sweet potatoes and mix with salt and sugar. Add glutinous rice flour and mix again.
Divide the mixture into portions and shape into round, flat patties.
Heat a pan over medium-low heat, add cooking oil, and pan-fry the patties until golden brown on both sides.
Drizzle sesame oil and honey over the pancakes, then sprinkle sliced almonds on top.
