- 1 can (190g) canned mackerel in water
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
- 1 tsp curry powder
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil

Heat salad oil in a frying pan, add the canned mackerel, and stir-fry briefly while breaking it apart.
