Wrapper
- 5 spring roll wrappers
Meat
- 100g thinly sliced pork
Vegetables
- 1 pack pea shoots
Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- as needed olive oil
Cheese
- 🧀 as needed pizza cheese
Thickener
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 💧 2 tsp water
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
الخطوات
Trim the roots off the pea shoots.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and sauté the pork.
Add sake, soy sauce, sugar, and oyster sauce to the pork and mix well. Then add the pea shoots and cook until wilted.
Add the cornstarch mixture (cornstarch and water) to the pan and stir until the sauce thickens.
Place the cooked filling and pizza cheese onto a spring roll wrapper. Roll tightly and seal with the cornstarch mixture.
Brush the surface of the rolls with olive oil and bake in a toaster oven for about 8 minutes until golden brown.
