- 🍜 1 pack ramen noodles
- 🍅 1 medium tomato, halved
- 🧅 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1 chili pepper, sliced
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
الخطوات
Prepare all ingredients by chopping and slicing as needed.
In a pot, add less water than usual for ramen cooking, as the tomato will release moisture.
Add the halved tomato and chopped onion to the pot and bring to a boil.
Add the ramen noodles and seasoning packet to the boiling water.
Add the sliced chili pepper and minced garlic to the pot.
Finish by adding 1 tbsp of vinegar to the soup.
