Seaweed
- 2 tbsp dried wakame
Meat
- 🍗 1 piece (250g) chicken thigh
Vegetables
- 1 pack (100g) shimeji mushrooms
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion
- 1 piece ginger
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
الخطوات
Soak the dried wakame in plenty of water to rehydrate, then drain.
Trim the root of the shimeji mushrooms and separate them by hand. Slice the green onion diagonally.
Julienne the ginger and cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add chicken and shimeji mushrooms, and stir-fry until the chicken changes color.
Add green onion and ginger, then stir-fry briefly.
Add wakame and the seasoning ingredients (sake, mirin, soy sauce), then stir-fry together.
