Main Ingredients
- 1 roll sundae (Korean blood sausage)
- 1 cup sliced cabbage
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 10 perilla leaves, sliced
- 🥕 1 small carrot, julienned
- 1 king oyster mushroom, sliced
- 1 handful rice cakes
Seasoning
- 4 tbsp canola oil
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 3 tbsp perilla powder
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 pinch black pepper
Sauce
- 2 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 2 tbsp water
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp oligosaccharide
- 1 tbsp perilla powder
- 1 tbsp minced green onion
- 1/2 tbsp curry powder
الخطوات
Slice cabbage and spread it evenly on the pan base.
Cut sundae into round slices to avoid bursting during cooking.
Slice king oyster mushroom, julienne carrot, and slice onion. Add them to the pan.
Add minced garlic, salt, black pepper, canola oil, and sesame oil to the pan. Turn on the heat.
Add perilla powder and stir-fry the ingredients over medium heat.
Prepare the sauce by mixing gochujang, water, minced garlic, chili powder, sugar, sesame oil, oligosaccharide, perilla powder, green onion, and curry powder.
Add the sauce to the pan and stir-fry for about 15 minutes over medium heat.
Add soaked rice cakes and stir-fry for a few more minutes.
Add sliced perilla leaves at the end and mix well.
Serve the stir-fried sundae hot and enjoy!
