Main Ingredients
- 🐟 60g dried pollock
- 🥔 200g radish, sliced
- 6 tbsp perilla oil
- 💧 1.4L water
- 🦐 1/2 tbsp shrimp paste
- 🧂 1/4 tbsp salt
- 🧅 3 tbsp chopped green onion
- 2 pinches black pepper
الخطوات
Cut dried pollock into 3-4cm pieces. Adjust quantity based on size of pollock.
Slice radish into 1cm thick pieces and adjust size to preference.
Place dried pollock in a pot and add 6 tbsp perilla oil.
Add 700ml water, cover the pot, and boil on high heat for 10 minutes.
Add another 700ml water, sliced radish, shrimp paste, and salt. Boil until radish is tender, approximately 10 minutes.
Add chopped green onion and black pepper. Boil for 1 more minute.
For extra freshness, blanch 100g bean sprouts in a separate pot, cool, and add to the soup during the final minute of cooking.
