INGREDIENTS
Seasonings

- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon ground paprika
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon liquid smoke flavoring

STEPS
Preheat an outdoor grill for indirect cooking over medium heat and lightly oil the grate.
Mix seasoned salt, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, and liquid smoke together in a small bowl to create the wet spice rub.
Massage spice rub onto both sides of the pork chops and let stand for 10 minutes.
Cook chops on the preheated grill over indirect heat for 12 minutes per side until no longer pink inside. An instant-read thermometer should read at least 145°F (63°C).
