INGREDIENTS

STEPS
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
Cook and stir sausage in a skillet over medium-high heat until browned and crumbly, about 5 to 7 minutes.
Beat together eggs and milk in a large bowl.
Mix in cooked sausage, Cheddar cheese, spinach, and oregano until well combined, then pour the mixture into the greased baking dish.
