Main Ingredients
- 🍚 3 cups cooked rice
- 🍗 3 chicken breasts
- 🧅 1 onion, chopped
- 🥕 1/2 carrot, diced
- 🥔 1 potato, diced
- 🍄 1 bunch of mushrooms, diced
- 🧄 1 small cup chopped green onion
Seasonings
- 🍅 3 tbsp spaghetti tomato sauce
- 🥛 2/3 cup milk
- 🧂 2 pinches of salt
ขั้นตอน
Wash the chicken breasts thoroughly and prepare them.
Wash all the vegetables thoroughly. Use any vegetables you have at home if some are missing.
Dice the hard vegetables like carrot and potato, and chop the onion. Cut the chicken breasts and mushrooms into small cubes.
Slice the green onion finely for garnish. If you have colorful vegetables like bell peppers, you can use them for added color.
Mix the spaghetti tomato sauce and milk in a bowl. Optionally, add a slice of cheese for extra creaminess.
Heat oil in a frying pan over high heat.
Stir-fry the hard vegetables like carrot and potato first.
Add the onion and chicken breasts to the pan and stir-fry until the chicken is partially cooked.
Add the mushrooms and sprinkle with two pinches of salt. Stir-fry until the mushrooms are cooked.
Pour the prepared sauce into the pan and mix well with the vegetables and chicken.
Add the cooked rice and stir-fry until everything is well combined.
Finally, add the chopped green onion for garnish and mix well before serving.
