    • 2 tbsp cornstarch
    • 💧 3 tbsp water
  • Eggplant with Chili Oil

    • 🍆 1 eggplant, sliced
    • 100g cabbage leaves
    • 1/4 green onion, chopped
    • 1 tbsp dried shrimp
    • 1 tsp soy sauce
    • 1 tsp chili oil
    • 1/2 tsp minced garlic
  • Pickled Turnip

    • 1 turnip with leaves
    • 🍬 1 tsp sugar
    • 🧂 Pinch of salt
    • 3 tbsp vinegar

Cut the turnip into 6 pieces and chop the leaves into 3cm pieces. Mix with sugar, salt, and vinegar in a bag and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Mix eggplant with chili oil, then add cabbage, green onion, shrimp, soy sauce, and garlic. Cover and refrigerate.

Season pork with salt and pepper, and marinate with sake. Beat eggs with salt.

Heat salad oil in a pan, cook eggs until half-cooked, and set aside.
