- 200g ground meat (beef and pork mix)
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, minced (100g)
- 🥕 1/2 carrot, minced (75g)
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
Oil
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Cheese
- 🧀 50g pizza cheese
Sauce Ingredients
- 🍅 1 can (400g) diced tomatoes
- 1/2 tsp consomme
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
Garnish
- 🌿 Chopped parsley, as needed
ขั้นตอน
Mince the onion, carrot, and garlic. Remove the core from the garlic before mincing.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-low heat. Add garlic, onion, and carrot, and sauté until the onion becomes translucent. Add ground meat and cook until the meat changes color.
Add the canned tomatoes, consomme, sugar, salt, and pepper to the pan. Mix well, bring to a boil, then cover and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes. Remove the lid and cook for another 3 minutes on medium heat to thicken the meat sauce.
Boil water in a pot, adding a pinch of salt and a drizzle of olive oil. Cook the lasagna sheets according to the package instructions, ensuring they do not stick together. Drain well.
In a baking dish, layer 1/4 of the meat sauce, followed by 2 lasagna sheets. Repeat this process three times. Spread the remaining meat sauce on top, then sprinkle with pizza cheese.
Bake in a toaster oven for 10–15 minutes until the cheese is golden brown. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
