- ⅔ cup dried blueberries

- 1 ¼ cups self-rising flour

- 1 cup non-fat plain Greek yogurt

- ½ teaspoon cinnamon sugar

STEPS
Place blueberries in a small bowl and pour boiling water over them. Let sit for 5 minutes, then drain.
Add flour, yogurt, and blueberries to a stand mixer bowl. Using the dough hook, mix at low speed for about 3 minutes until crumbly.
Transfer the dough to a floured surface. Divide into 4 balls, shape into ropes, and form bagels by connecting ends with a pinch.
Preheat air fryer to 280°F (137°C) for 3 minutes. Brush bagels with a mix of beaten egg and water, and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
Line air fryer basket with parchment or spray lightly. Place bagels in the basket, cook in batches if necessary, and air fry for 15 to 16 minutes until golden brown.
Cool bagels for 10 minutes on a rack before slicing and serving.
