INGREDIENTS

- 🥦 1 (16 ounce) package frozen chopped broccoli
Meat
- 🍖 1 pound bulk Italian sausage
Pasta
- 1 (16 ounce) package potato gnocchi
Dairy
- 🧈 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 (15 ounce) jar Alfredo sauce
- 🧀 ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Spices & Seasonings
- 🧄 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 🧂 ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper, or more to taste

- ¼ cup water
STEPS
Place broccoli into a microwave-safe dish and microwave for 7 minutes.
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil over high heat.
Heat a large, deep skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir sausage until browned, crumbly, and almost crunchy, about 10 minutes.
Add gnocchi to the boiling water and cook until they float to the top, 2 to 4 minutes.
Add butter, garlic, and Italian seasoning to the sausage in the skillet. Reduce heat to medium and cook for 1 minute. Stir in Alfredo sauce, water, and Parmesan cheese. Mix in cooked broccoli and season with pepper.
Scoop cooked gnocchi out of the pot and combine in the skillet with sausage and broccoli. Stir to combine and serve.
