INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 1 piece (20g) of aburaage
- 1 can (70g) water-packed tuna
- 15g harusame noodles
- White sesame seeds, as needed
Seasonings
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
STEPS
Cut harusame noodles into bite-sized pieces using kitchen scissors. Place them in a microwave-safe container, add enough water to cover, and loosely cover with plastic wrap. Microwave at 600W for 5 minutes, then drain.
Pat the aburaage dry with a paper towel to remove excess oil, then cut into 1cm wide strips along the longer edge.
In a microwave-safe container, combine aburaage, tuna, harusame, and seasonings. Mix lightly, loosely cover with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Stir to ensure even mixing.
Transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
