INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 🍗 1 pound cubed boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 2 cups cubed fully cooked ham
Dairy
- 1 ½ cups shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
Vegetables
- 🧅 1 medium yellow onion, chopped
- 🧄 3 cloves garlic, minced
Soups and Broth
- 1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 (10.5 ounce) can cream of broccoli soup
- ½ cup chicken broth
Other
- 1 tablespoon olive oil, or as needed
- ⅛ teaspoon paprika, or more to taste
- 🧂 salt and ground black pepper to taste
STEPS
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Heat a large frying pan over medium heat. Coat the hot pan with olive oil; add chicken and cook until browned on all sides, 5 to 7 minutes. Season with paprika, salt, and pepper. Add onion and garlic; cook until softened, about 5 minutes. Add ham and cook for 2 more minutes.
Mix condensed soups, sour cream, 1/2 cup Swiss cheese, and chicken broth together in a separate bowl. Add to the chicken mixture and stir until well combined.
Transfer to a large casserole dish and top with remaining Swiss cheese.
Cook in the preheated oven until casserole is cooked through and cheese is melted, 20 to 25 minutes.
