INGREDIENTS

- 🍞 6 slices of bread
- 🧈 4 pieces of butter
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
STEPS
Melt 4 pieces of butter in a microwave-safe bowl, then mix with 1 tbsp sugar and a pinch of salt.
Brush the butter mixture evenly on both sides of the bread slices using a brush.
Place the bread slices in the air fryer and cook at 180°C for 5 minutes.
Flip the bread slices and cook for another 5 minutes at the same temperature.
Cut the toasted bread into strips using scissors.
Place the bread strips in a plastic bag with sugar and shake to coat evenly.
Serve and enjoy your sweet and crispy bread rusks.
