INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🍎 1 apple
- 🥬 1 stalk celery
- 🥕 1/4 carrot
- 🥬 1/8 head cabbage
Nuts
- 🌰 1/4 cup roasted walnuts
Condiments
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/2 tbsp mustard
- 1 tbsp oligosaccharide syrup
- 🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
Optional
- 🍞 Some morning bread
STEPS
Prepare all the ingredients.
Remove fibers from celery, slice it thinly. Slice cabbage thinly and soak in cold water, then drain. Peel and slice carrot thinly. Wash and slice apple thinly.
Mix all dressing ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
Combine sliced vegetables and walnuts in a bowl, then gently mix with the dressing. Serve in a dish.
Optionally, serve the coleslaw inside morning bread for a delicious snack.
