INGREDIENTS
Sauce ingredients
- ๐ฟ 1 cup flat-leaf parsley, lightly packed and chopped without the stalks
- ๐ง 4 garlic cloves, minced
- ๐ง 1/8 teaspoon salt
- ๐ถ๏ธ 1/4 teaspoon peppercorn, freshly ground
- ๐ถ๏ธ 1/2 teaspoon chili pepper flakes
- ๐ฟ 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- ๐ง 2 tablespoons green onion, minced
- ๐ซ 1/2 cup olive oil
- 3/4 cup vinegar
- ๐ 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- ๐ง 1/4 cup water
