    • 🦪 200g clams (purged)
  • Vegetables

    • 🥬 100g spinach (1/2 bunch)
    • 🧄 2 cloves garlic

    • 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
    • 🧈 20g salted butter
  • Liquids

    • 3 tbsp cooking sake
    • 50ml pasta cooking water

    • 1 tbsp salad oil

Wash spinach thoroughly, cut into 4cm pieces, and separate the roots. Mince garlic after removing its core.

Heat salad oil and garlic in a pan over low heat. Add clams and cooking sake, cover, and steam on medium heat for 2–3 minutes until clams open.

Boil water in a pot, add salt, and cook spaghetti 1 minute less than package instructions. Reserve 50ml of pasta water and add spinach to the pot 1 minute before draining.

Add spaghetti, spinach, reserved pasta water, butter, and soy sauce to the pan with clams. Stir-fry over medium heat until well combined.
