INGREDIENTS
Noodles
- 🍜 2 servings cooked udon noodles
Seafood
- 🦪 250g cleaned clams
Egg
- 🥚 2 eggs
Vegetables
- đź§… 80g green onion, sliced
- 25g chives
- 100g kimchi
Liquid
- đź’§ 600ml water
Oil
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 2 tbsp miso
STEPS
Heat sesame oil in a pot over medium heat.
Add clams and sake, cover, and cook until clams open.
Pour water into the pot and bring to a boil.
Add gochujang, miso, and kimchi, stirring until well combined.
Add green onion, chives, and udon noodles, cooking for 2-3 minutes.
