INGREDIENTS
Fish
- 🐟 200g yellowtail fillets
Coating
- 1 tbsp potato starch
Toppings
- 🥜 Chopped peanuts as needed
- 🌿 1/2 bunch cilantro
Cooking Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
STEPS
Cut the cilantro into 3–4 cm pieces.
Pat the yellowtail fillets dry with a paper towel. Cut into bite-sized pieces and coat with potato starch.
In a bowl, mix the sake, sugar, and fish sauce.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the yellowtail and cook until both sides are golden brown.
Wipe off excess oil with a paper towel, then add the seasoning mixture. Simmer and coat the fish evenly.
Plate the fish and garnish with chopped peanuts and cilantro.
