- 1 can (190g) canned mackerel

- 🌱 3 stalks (60g) asparagus

STEPS
Trim the asparagus ends, peel tough parts with a peeler, and cut into 3cm pieces. Slice garlic in half, remove the core, and crush with the flat side of a knife.
Heat olive oil, garlic, salt, and chili in a pot over low heat until fragrant. Add canned mackerel and asparagus, then simmer over medium heat for 3–5 minutes until asparagus is cooked.
