INGREDIENTS
Pasta
- 🍝 160g spaghetti (1.6mm)
Meat
- 🥓 4 slices bacon (1cm width)
Vegetables
- 🥑 2 ripe avocados (260g)
- 🥬 2 leaves spring cabbage
Oil
- 1 tsp olive oil
Seasoning
- 💧 400ml water
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp consomme
- 🧄 1/3 tsp grated garlic
Sauce
- 🥚 1 beaten egg
- 🧀 2 tbsp grated cheese
- Pinch of pepper
- 🥛 2 tbsp milk
STEPS
Cut avocados in half, remove the pit and peel. Dice 1/4 of one avocado into 1cm cubes. Cut spring cabbage into bite-sized pieces.
Mash the remaining avocado in a bowl until smooth. Add the sauce ingredients (★) and mix well.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add bacon and sauté briefly. Add the seasoning ingredients (☆) and bring to a boil. Add spaghetti and stir. Cover and cook on low heat for 2 minutes less than the package instructions.
Remove the lid and add spring cabbage. Stir, cover again, and cook for 2 minutes. Remove the lid, turn off the heat, and add the sauce to the pan. Mix well and toss in the diced avocado.
