INGREDIENTS
Pasta
- 140g capellini
Vegetables
- 🥑 1/2 avocado (100g)
- 🧅 1/8 onion (20g)
- 🍅 4 cherry tomatoes
Seafood
- 🐟 1 can tuna in oil (70g)
Condiments
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp concentrated soy sauce (3x)
STEPS
Cut avocado and onion into 1cm cubes, halve cherry tomatoes, and drain tuna.
Mix tuna, salt, pepper, mayonnaise, and soy sauce in a bowl with onion.
Boil water and cook capellini according to package instructions. Drain and cool under cold water.
Toss capellini with olive oil in a bowl.
Plate the pasta, top with avocado, cherry tomatoes, and the tuna mixture.
