INGREDIENTS

- π 2 medium tomatoes

Bread and Cheese
- π 12 slices whole-wheat baguette bread
- π§ 1/4 cup ricotta cheese
Seasonings

STEPS
Dice avocado, tomatoes, and green onions.
Peel and chop hard-boiled eggs.
Reserve 2 tbsp. chopped basil for garnish. Gently toss avocado, tomatoes, green onions, eggs, and remaining basil in a small bowl. Add black pepper to taste.
Toast baguette slices.
