    • 🐖 150g pork slices

    • 🥑 1 avocado
    • 🍅 1 tomato (200g)
    • 🧅 1 onion (200g)
    • 🧄 1 clove garlic
    • 1 piece ginger
  • Oil and Spices

    • 2 tbsp salad oil
    • 2 tbsp curry powder
  • Seasonings

    • 💧 400cc water
    • 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
    • A pinch of pepper

Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit and skin, and slice into bite-sized pieces. Remove the stem from the tomato and cut into bite-sized pieces. Slice the onion thinly. Mince the garlic and ginger.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan over low heat. Add garlic and ginger, and sauté until fragrant. Add the onion and cook over medium-low heat until lightly browned.

Add pork slices and cook until the color changes. Stir in curry powder and cook for 2 minutes.

Add water, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer over low heat for 5 minutes.

Add avocado and tomato, and simmer over medium-low heat for another 5 minutes.
