STEPS
Cut the avocado in half lengthwise, remove the pit and peel, and slice into bite-sized pieces.
Place the soy sauce, sesame oil, and avocado pieces into a plastic bag. Gently massage to coat the avocado evenly. Remove air from the bag and seal it tightly.
Refrigerate the bag for about 15 minutes to let the flavors meld.
Serve the marinated avocado on a plate and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
