INGREDIENTS
Rice
- 🍚 1 bowl (200g) of cooked rice
Vegetables
- 🥑 1/2 avocado, peeled and diced
- 10g chopped shibazuke
Protein
- 1 pack (54g) natto with sauce
Condiments
- 2 tsp mayonnaise
Toppings
- 🌾 1/2 tsp white sesame seeds
STEPS
Peel and dice the avocado into 1.5cm cubes. Finely chop the shibazuke.
In a bowl, mix mayonnaise with the natto sauce. Add natto and shibazuke, then mix well. Add the avocado and gently combine.
Serve the cooked rice in a bowl, top with the natto mixture, and sprinkle white sesame seeds.
