INGREDIENTS

- 🐟 100g sashimi-grade salmon
Vegetables
- 🥑 1/2 avocado
- 8 chicory leaves
- Chopped green onion, as needed

- 🧀 50g cream cheese
Condiments
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp wasabi
STEPS
Cut the salmon into 1cm cubes.
Cut the cream cheese into 1cm cubes and remove the skin and pit from the avocado, then cut it into 1cm cubes.
Mix soy sauce and wasabi in a bowl, then add the salmon, cream cheese, and avocado cubes. Toss gently to combine.
Place the mixture evenly onto chicory leaves and garnish with chopped green onion.
