- 🌾 60g all-purpose flour
- 🥚 2 eggs

STEPS
Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
In a saucepan, combine water, butter, and salt. Heat until the butter melts and the mixture starts to boil.
Reduce heat and add the flour all at once. Stir vigorously until the mixture forms a dough and pulls away from the sides of the pan.
Transfer the dough to a mixing bowl and let it cool slightly. Gradually add the eggs, one at a time, mixing thoroughly after each addition.
Pipe the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, forming small rounds.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Avoid opening the oven during baking.
Cool the choux pastries completely before filling them with cream.
