INGREDIENTS

- 10 baby corns
Egg
- 🥚 1 egg
Flour
- 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 3 tbsp potato starch
Oil
- Enough vegetable oil for frying
Seasoning

STEPS
Cut the baby corns in half lengthwise. Place all-purpose flour and potato starch into a plastic bag, seal it, and shake to mix.
Crack the egg into a bowl and whisk. Add the baby corns and mix to coat them with the egg.
Transfer the baby corns into the bag with the flour mixture, seal the bag with air inside, and shake to coat evenly.
Heat oil to 170°C (340°F) and fry the coated baby corns for 2–3 minutes until golden brown. Sprinkle with salt and pepper while still warm.
